On Phu Quoc Island the best time for diving is from 9.a.m. to 11.a.m. and 3.p.m. to 4:30.p.m. However, for adventurers scuba-diving at night is really exciting as this is the time when the sea surface is really peaceful and many fishes are out looking for food.
